The DCA MyCard is a private label financing program that offers your customers a line of credit secured by their inventory of your products.  This program makes it easier for your customers to purchase your products when they need them while allowing you to increase sales and improve cash flow.

The DCA MyCard offers your customers a unique capability to finance any products and equipment purchased from you. The program applies to both new purchases and inventory replenishment.  It is a revolving debt facility with terms to pay for products ordered and delivered.

Credit Is Only Available for Your Products
This private label revolving credit program can only be used for products and services provided by the Supplier, giving you exclusive access to your customers’ best financing option. And because this is a private label only program, approved credit lines cannot be used for any other business expenses.

Expect Increased Purchase Activity
Using MyCard can automatically increase order sizes by as much as 20 percent. You can also establish minimum order amounts and immediately increase order dollar size.

Your logo and artwork is used on collateral documentation including billing statements. It is presented as your program and helps differentiate your products and services from other competition.

A Great Deal for Your Customers
With traditional programs, most companies place smaller orders and pay as they go by COD or personal credit cards. That often leads to over extended credit and credit cards at their maximum limits.  With MyCard, customers acquire products and pay after the items are sold or used internally for customer paid services.  Under the 90 days same as cash program and assuming a 45 day inventory turn rate, cash used for paying back financing is generated from retail sales profits instead of internal cash.

No Cost to Suppliers
For Suppliers that currently accept credit card payments, there are virtually no costs incurred to implement the DCA MyCard program.  MyCard is Internet based and requires minimal changes to your current order processing system. Good funds are electronically settled and credited to DDA accounts within 24-48 hours of each order. Suppliers or distributors that allow terms for their customers such as net 10 or 30 days can eliminate costly collection efforts they undoubtedly now incur by switching their customers to this program. Cash flow to supplier or distributor is also accelerated.
